Four tough laps with music themed to the "Is It in You?" slogan --- all the music has "It" in the title.

 

Pyramid Mountain Climb – Four Laps: each lap the same EXCEPT the first 2 climbs get 1 minute longer each time
 
Use the “It” Play List
 
Warm it up and do some initial stretches then have them do a 3 – 3 ½ minute light hill warmup to “Let’s Get It On” (4:51) by Marvin Gaye then right into “Let’s Get It Started” (3:39) by the Black Eyed Peas then start “It’s Not My Time” (4:02) by 3 Doors Down

Lap 1: 2 minute seated to a 1 minute standing to a 1 minute jog to “Paint It Black” (3:00) by the Rolling Stones 1 minute of jumps to a 30 second jog to 1 minute of jumps to “Beat It” (3:30) Fall Out Boy a 2 minute standing to a 90 second descent – 10 w/a “When It’s Love” (5:30) by Van Halen 1 minute recovery = 11:00 = 17:30 elapsed
 
Lap 2: 3 minute seated to a 2 minute standing to ß---------start 1 minute into the standing climb “Bleed It Out” (2:30) by Linkin Park a 1 minute jog to “Whoomp, There It Is” (3:55) by Tag Team 1 minute of jumps to a 30 second jog to 1 minute of jumps to a 2 minute standing to ß--------30 seconds in to this standing climb “Any Way You Want It” (3:00) by Journey a 90 second descent – 12 w/a “Wind It Up” (3:07) by Gwen Stefani
1 minute recovery = 13:00 = 30:30 elapsed
 
Lap 3: 4 minute seated ß-------- 2 minutes into this climb “Let It Rock” (2:30) by Kevin Rudolf & “Shake It” (3:00) by Metro Station to a 3 minute standing to a 1 minute jog to “Take It to the Limit” (3:08) by Hinder or “It’s Raining Men” (5:26) by The Weather Girls 1 minute of jumps to a 30 second jog to 1 minute of jumps to “Burn it to the Ground” (3:27) by Nickelback a 2 minute standing to a 90 second descent – 14 w/a “It’s My Life” (3:42) by Bon Jovi 
1 minute recovery = 15:00 = 45:30 elapsed
 
Lap 4: 3 minute seated to ß-----------2 ½  minutes into this climb “Getting’ Jiggy Wit It” (3:00) by Will Smith or “Give It Up to Me” (2:55) by Shakira a 2 minute standing to a 1 minute jog to “We’re Not Gonna’ Take It” (2:30+) by Twisted Sister 1 minute of jumps to a 30 second jog to 1 minute of jumps to “It’s Not Over” (3:20) by Daughtry a 2 minute standing to a 90 second descent (jog 1st 30 or so then sit down and finish seated) – 12:00 = 57:30 elapsed
